- Most orders are shipped via China Post, Correos, HERMES, Sail post, DHL Packet, Zeleris, DPD.
- The delivery timeframe also varies based on the time of year and your address.
1. Shipping days do not start counting until the items have left our warehouse.
2. By default, we will deliver the orders via the shipping method chosen by the customer. However, when the gap between different shipping fees is small, we will upgrade to a faster shipping method for free.
Orders from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Japan, and Australia will be shipped directly from local warehouse. If there is no stock in the local warehouse, the order will be shipped from China.
The package will be shipped to the address you put in when placing the order. Please make sure your 'ship to' address is updated and correct. We are unable to update the address once we have received the 'ship to' address from your order and shipped your package.
If you make multiple orders in the same day and want us to combine both of your orders in one package, please contact us ASAP before we ship.
- Once the pakcage is shipped, the tracking information will be automatically sent to the phone number/e-mail address you enter at checkout.
- If you don't recieve the tracking information, you may check your junk/spam folder. Also check your promotion or social tabs in gmail if using a gmail email.
- Please make sure your phone number and email are valid and correct. We are not responsible for shipping issues due to your input of wrong email, phone numbers, or wrong shipping addresses.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We will help you file a claim and get that process going but please keep in mind it could take up to 30 business days for the shipment companies to pay out on missing or damaged packages. Once (if) they pay out we will replace the times but this process does take a while so please remain patient.
- We do not take responsibility for stolen package, misplaced or miss delivered to the wrong address packages due to the fault of mail carrier. You would need to take that up with your mail carrier and sort it out with them.
- We are not responsible for tracking updates that are not correctly updating. You would need to take that up with your prospective mail delivery carrier.
